About this notice
This privacy notice explains how KLINIK AINAA SDN. BHD. (1399062D / 202001042741) may use your information if you visit this website or engage with us in other related ways, including sales, marketing or events. If there are any terms in this notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our services.
1. What information do we collect?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the website, express an interest in our products and services, take part in activities on the website or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, billing and delivery addresses, and similar information.
Payment data needed to process your purchase, such as your card number and security code, is handled and stored by our payment provider, CHIP. We do not receive or store your card or banking credentials.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
2. How do we use your information?
We process your information based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations and/or your consent. We use it to create and manage your account; fulfil and manage your orders, payments, returns and exchanges; deliver our services; respond to enquiries and provide support; request feedback; post testimonials with your consent; administer prize draws and competitions you enter; and, in line with your marketing preferences, send you marketing communications and personalised advertising.
3. Will your information be shared with anyone?
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights or to fulfil business obligations. This includes sharing what is needed with the couriers that deliver your parcel and the payment provider that processes your payment. We may also disclose information where legally required, or where necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, threats to safety or illegal activity. We do not sell your personal data.
We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business.
4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, apply a coupon from a link you followed, and measure and improve our marketing. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can set your browser to remove or reject them, but some features of the website may then not work.
5. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it, or, where that is not possible (for example, in backups), store it securely and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the Internet or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so please only access the website within a secure environment.
7. What are your privacy rights?
You may review, change or terminate your account at any time by logging in to your account settings or contacting us. On request we will deactivate or delete your account, although we may keep some information to prevent fraud, resolve problems, assist investigations, enforce our Terms & Conditions or comply with legal requirements. You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold, as provided under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related emails needed to administer your account and orders.
8. Do-Not-Track
There is no uniform technology standard for recognising Do-Not-Track signals, so we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will describe it in a revised version of this notice.
9. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version is effective as soon as it is published on this page.
