Checkout
On the checkout page, log in if you have purchased before or already have an account with us. Fill in your details and complete address first, then select your shipping and payment method.
1. Online Banking (FPX)
Pay via internet banking, choosing from the list of banks available in Malaysia. After filling in your details, you will be redirected to the CHIP payment page. Select Online Banking (FPX), choose your preferred bank and click Pay. You will then be redirected to your bank's login page to complete the transaction.
2. E-wallet
You can pay for your order with an e-wallet. After filling in your details, you will be redirected to the CHIP payment page. Select E-wallet, choose your preferred e-wallet and click Pay. You will then be redirected to the e-wallet to complete the transaction.
3. Debit and Credit Card
We accept VISA and Mastercard credit and debit cards with 3D Secure. After filling in your details, you will be redirected to the CHIP payment page. Select Card, enter your card details and click Pay to complete the transaction. Your card details are encrypted by CHIP and never stored on our server.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery, or "COD – Barang sampai baru bayar", is available for Semenanjung Malaysia only. If you choose COD, we will send you a confirmation WhatsApp message or call. We do not process your order until we receive your confirmation; this is an important measure to prevent scams.
After the order is processed, our delivery partner will contact you by phone call or SMS upon delivery. Please prepare a sufficient cash amount and pay in CASH to our delivery partner's representative. Bank transfer, cheque, QR pay or any other payment method is not accepted for Cash on Delivery.
Currency and confirmation
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Your order is confirmed once the payment provider reports a successful payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, contact us with your order number and payment reference.
